Nga 1 qershori do të fillojë zbatimi i fazës së tretë që Ministria e Shëndetësisë ka paraparë ndaj situatës së COVID-19.
Në këtë fazë e tretë hyjnë transporti urban dhe ndërurban, taksitë, gastronomia në përgjithësi, provimet në Arsimin e Lartë, Testi i Maturës dhe Arritshmërisë, hapja e Kinemave dhe Teatrove, hapja Selektive e Aktiviteteve Sportive.
Në rivlerësimin e fazës së tretë hyjnë kufijtë, aeroportet, ahengjet, banjat, panairet, pishinat, klubet e natës.
